What accommodation options are available?

Flamenco Rising offers several accommodation formats, designed to suit different preferences while preserving comfort, intimacy and group balance.

All accommodation takes place at Acepados, the private estate where the retreat is held.

Because the group is intentionally small, availability is limited in each category, and prices vary accordingly.

Private Double Room

(Single Use)

  • Double room with one king-size bed
  • Private en-suite bathroom
  • Intended for single occupancy

This option offers the highest level of privacy and comfort.

Shared Double Room

  • Double room with two separate beds
  • Shared between two participants
  • Ideal for friends travelling together or guests open to sharing

This option offers the highest level of privacy and comfort.

Shared Rooms

(3–5 participants)

  • Larger shared rooms accommodating 3 to 5 participants
  • Access to two shared bathrooms
  • Comfortable, well-organised spaces designed for group stays

This option is particularly suitable for participants comfortable with shared accommodation and is reflected accordingly in the price.

Are prices different depending on the room type?

Room types are selected during the application process and confirmed after acceptance, based on:

  • personal preference
  • availability
  • group balance

We do our best to respect preferences, though specific room assignments cannot be guaranteed until the group is finalised.

Each accommodation option has a different price, reflecting privacy level, room size and bathroom access.

Detailed pricing is shared after application and acceptance, together with the full retreat information.

Can I request to share a room with someone I know?

If you are applying together with a friend, please indicate this clearly in your application and we will do our best to accommodate the request, subject to availability.

Accommodation options, availability and pricing are shared once we confirm alignment and group composition, ensuring clarity and transparency for all participants.
